Yes! Signing a contract is essential to ensure clarity, protection, and accountability for both parties. The contract outlines key details such as equipment responsibilities, payment terms, and cancellation policies, ensuring there are no surprises. It also protects you by confirming the services we will provide, giving you peace of mind that everything will be handled professionally.

Customers can choose which service they require:
✅ Equipment Rental Only – The customer is responsible for setting up, operating, and returning the equipment.
✅ Full-Service Option – J.S. Productions will deliver, install, and teardown the equipment for the customer.

A contract for each of these services must be signed to ensure clear responsibilities and expectations.

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also protecting our scheduling and resources:

🟢 More than 14 days before the event – ✅ Full refund of your deposit.
🟡 Within 14 days of the event – ⚠️ Deposit is non-refundable.
🔴 Within 72 hours of the event – ❌ You will be responsible for paying the full amount of the agreed-upon total.
