Our Essential package is recommended for events of up to approximately 100 guests, while our Premium package is designed for celebrations of up to approximately 200 guests and adds powered subwoofers for stronger, fuller bass.

Yes. All wedding packages include delivery, professional installation, system testing, teardown and equipment pickup by J.S. Productions. We handle the complete setup from beginning to end, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration.

Delivery is included within the Greater Moncton area. Travel outside the local service area is charged at $1.25 per kilometre, round trip.

Yes. A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings. It clearly outlines the equipment and services included, payment terms, cancellation policies, venue access requirements, customer responsibilities and protection against equipment loss or damage.

All wedding packages are full-service and include delivery, professional installation, system testing, teardown and equipment pickup by J.S. Productions. The agreement ensures that everyone understands the event schedule and responsibilities, giving you peace of mind that your setup will be handled professionally from beginning to end.

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also protecting our scheduling and resources:

🟢 More than 14 days before the event – ✅ Full refund of your deposit.
🟡 Within 14 days of the event – ⚠️ Deposit is non-refundable.
🔴 Within 72 hours of the event – ❌ You will be responsible for paying the full amount of the agreed-upon total.

Additional sound, lighting and microphone options are available through a customized package. Contact us to discuss the best setup for your venue and number of guests.

We recommend booking at least 4-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak event seasons. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Yes. Our packages can be installed at both indoor and outdoor events, provided that suitable power and complete protection from rain, moisture and severe weather are available.

For outdoor installations:

🛡️ Weather Protection — A secure tent, canopy or covered structure must be provided to protect all sound, lighting and electrical equipment.
🔌 Power Requirements — Access to two dedicated 120 V / 15 A electrical circuits is required within 100 feet of the setup area.
⚡ Generator Rental — If suitable power is unavailable, a Champion enclosed inverter generator is available for an additional fee. It provides 6,500 running watts and 8,500 starting watts.

Outdoor installations remain subject to safe weather conditions. J.S. Productions reserves the right to modify, postpone or discontinue equipment use when rain, excessive wind or other conditions could create a safety risk or damage the equipment.

J.S. Productions professionally installs and tests all equipment before the event. Once the setup has been completed, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is treated properly and remains protected from guests, liquids, weather, theft and unauthorized movement or adjustments.

The customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, negligence, theft or damage occurring during the rental period. Normal wear, technical malfunctions and equipment failures not caused by the customer or their guests are not the customer’s responsibility.

Complete responsibilities and terms are outlined in the rental agreement provided before the booking is confirmed.

The best package depends on your number of guests, venue size, event type and desired sound experience.

Before leaving the venue, J.S. Productions professionally installs and tests the complete system and provides a brief explanation of its basic operation.

If an issue occurs during your event, telephone support is available to help identify and resolve the problem. If remote troubleshooting is unsuccessful, additional assistance will be evaluated based on the situation, location and staff availability.

Additional charges may apply for an on-site visit when the issue results from unauthorized adjustments, misuse, disconnected equipment or changes made after the installation was completed.
